I operate at the center of the business, aligning strategy, revenue, and delivery so the organization functions as one system rather than disconnected departments.

My experience includes multimillion-dollar transaction oversight, capital-sensitive workflows, and regulated execution across healthcare and insurance, as well as coaching, authors, and community-based ecosystems scaling programs, pipelines, and fulfillment.

I do not optimize activity.
I design operating models that make execution reliable.

When ownership is clear and systems are aligned, performance becomes predictable, and leadership regains visibility and control. My role is to build the infrastructure that allows organizations to scale with confidence instead of chaos.
